KSC Kids is located within the Kingston Sports Center. This program is designed for children ages 3 to 6 years of age. We teach them the fundamentals of sports and the importance of physical activity to maintain strong bodies. Our goal is to provide a fun, learning environment where patience, sportsmanship and teamwork are as important as learning the sport itself - something they can develop at a young age and carry with them throughout their lives. A brief description of classes can be seen below. Also check out our play area. It includes a jumpy house, ride-on-toys and sports equipment for the kids to enjoy after class and is open to the public for a fee of $5.00. Great place for a rainy-day-field trip where the kids can run free and parents can socialize. Great opportunity for Preschool field trips, Mom's Groups and Newcomer Clubs to spend an outing.

Sports Combo - Girls & Boys Ages 4-6

This Class is designed to introduce the basic skills of a new sport each week. We begin with stretching and then move on to an obstacle course to teach them agility and the importance of warming up before a sport! The kids love coming in each week and being surprised by the sport-of-the-day which is either: Flagg Football, Soccer, Basketball, Floor Hockey, T-Ball and Kick Ball. Each class is 50 minutes long.

Sports and Games for 3 year olds

This class teaches the children a different sport each week and also entertains them with a variety of games (emphasis is on the sport of the week). We start out with stretching and introduce them to what is often their first encounter with an obstacle course! They learn patience, how to wait their turn and a little something about the sport of the week. Each class is 50 minutes long.

Cost: $99.00/7 week session (+ $25.00 registration fee paid once a year)
